Second post:)

YAY.. I did two posts today like I set out to do! I'm so excited.  This one will be short on words, but LOTS of pics:) My favorite photos over the last 3 weeks will be showcased here.  I will put some descriptions on a few, so you know what is going on:)  Also I found a page on the Make-A-Wish foundation that showcases a bunch of wishes via Youtube!  Seriously, check it out. It's so inspiring to see these kids have their dreams come true.  Please take a second out of your busy day to watch and say some prayers about how blessed we are!  And please, if you can click on the link at the top of the page that will take you to my donation page and help if you can:)  Thanks so much

Now the photos:)

This butterfly I found as I was running, and it was right by the road. So I stopped expecting it to fly away as I took the photo, instead the next two photos show what happened as I tried to help it off the road.
It jumped on my shoe!

And then let me pick it up! It was one of the single coolest things that has happened to me.  Really made me happy to be alive and able to experience something like that. I felt like it was God giving me a little boost to finish my 7 mile run that day!
This is the start of the Run Clark Lake Race that John and I did the weekend before our wedding.  It was a 12K race, and this was the beginning of the runners for the 5K. The last of these photos show my photos I took during my 12K run:)

Been a long time coming!

Ok, so I know. It's be FOREVER since I posted.  There is really no excuse, so I will just tell you what has been going on.  I have been running, and taking photos actually.  I just didn't make the correct time to post on the blog.

Also in the mean time I got MARRIED:)  On August 14th in Gaylord MI, I said my vows to the man I love and am so excited to spend the rest of my life with.  I will post a few photos from my wedding day as well( I didn't run that day, but I wanted to share that day with all of you).  This was definetly one of my dreams, to marry the man I love, in front of all of our family and friends, and at my parents house that means the world to me.  The entire day was like a fairytale.  Everything really did go perfect, and even if it didn't, we still vowed to each other, so it still would have been perfect.  I am so thankful to all of the friends and family that was able to make it up to the wedding and celebrate with us.  Also, I couldn't tell my parents how much it meant to me the work they did to get their beautiful house ready.  Every second of it was perfect!

But now the lull of the wedding hustle and bustle is now over and we are back here to work and get caught up on things( LIKE MY BLOG)! So now we are back and calmed down, I decided that with each post, I am going to include a link to a page on the Make A Wish foundation's website to a story of a child and their wish.  I hope it brings inspiration to all of you who are reading and following!  I am still running the Marine Corp Marathon for this charity and need to raise money for these children and their wishes.  So I do ask anyone who can spare even the smallest amount to donate and help another child get what they wish for.

Here is a story of Christian who is facing leukemia.  Click here to read the story

And now without further waiting...here are some photos of my past runs.

Here are just a few, and this afternoon I will add more:)

Thanks again for reading and please if you can spare, click on the link on the top of the blog and donate to help these children:)
